COTF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COTF is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors composed of occupational therapists and representatives of related organizations, educational institutions and industry. These individuals provide fiscal and legal oversight of the Foundation's resources and ensure the Foundation's programs are consistent with its mandate.

Marjorie Hackett, President
Marjorie Hackett is an occupational therapist. She recognizes the value of research to further her clinical practice. She is very committed to her profession, and realizes that it is through research that strong evidence can be given to practice and that the role of OT in the health care system can be enhanced.
Marjorie is experienced in fundraising, and takes it on with a great passion. She is interested in soliciting funds from other sources, such as local suppliers.
Marjorie joined the board on 1 October 2010. She became Vice President on October 1, 2014 and President on October 1, 2015. She is COTF's first president from Atlantic Canada!
Miranda Aubin, Treasurer
Miranda Aubin is an accountant in Ottawa.
She joined the COTF Board on January 1, 2016.
Natasha Altin is an occupational therapist in Toronto.
She joined the COTF Board on October 1, 2014.
Barb Code, Director, OT
Barb is an occupational therapist. She works for the Government of Alberta.
She joined the board in October 2013. She is on her second three year mandate.
Jeff Jones, Director, Industry Representative
Jeff joined the board on 1 October 2016.
Natalie MacLeod-Schroeder, Director, OT
Natalie is an occupational therapist. She is a professor at the University of Manitoba.
She joined the board on 1 October 2014.
Juan Monterrosa, Director, OT
Juan is an occupational therapist. He is a clinician in Winnipeg.
He joined the board on 1 October 2014.
Anick Sauvageau, Director, OT
Anick is an occupational therapist. She is a professor at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She is COTF's only francophone director.
Anick joined the board on 1 October 2013. She is on her second two year mandate.
Adriana Vaduva, Director, Personal Injury Lawyer
Adriana is a personal injury lawyer in Toronto.
Adriana jointed the board in October 2016.
